This agreement certifies that the User is acting as an Independent Marketer. This is NOT an employment contract and strictly prohibits Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) structures.
Independent Marketing & Affiliate Agreement

AND: ILIKE NETWORK (PRIVATE) LIMITED (The "Company")
1. SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT
The Company engages the Affiliate to market the Kmai App to potential new users. The Affiliate is authorized to share their unique "Referral Code" to track user acquisition.
2. COMPENSATION PLAN (CPA & REV-SHARE)
The Company agrees to pay the Affiliate based on two specific triggers:
- User Acquisition Bonus (CPA): When a new user registers using the Affiliate's code, the New User receives a promotional credit of Rs. 1,500. The Affiliate earns no direct cash for mere signups (preventing fake account fraud).
- Performance Commission (Rev-Share): The Affiliate earns a continuous commission of 20% on the "Net Ad Revenue" and "Game Winnings" generated by their direct referrals.
3. NO MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING (ANTI-MLM)
To comply with SECP regulations and International Anti-Pyramid Laws, this program is strictly Single-Level (Tier 1).
- The Affiliate ONLY earns from users they directly refer.
- The Affiliate DOES NOT earn from "downlines" (users referred by their referrals).
- No payment is required to become an Affiliate. Participation is free.
4. SOURCE OF FUNDS
Commissions are paid solely from the Company's Marketing Budget (for sign-up bonuses) and Realized Business Revenue (AdMob/Unity payments). Commissions are never paid from the deposits of new users.
5. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
Self-referral (creating multiple accounts to earn bonuses) is strictly prohibited. The Company utilizes Device ID Fingerprinting. Any Affiliate found manipulating the system will be terminated and all pending commissions forfeited.
