This agreement confirms the appointment of Kmai as the exclusive monetization agent for the User's digital inventory.
Commercial Agency & Monetization Agreement

AND: ILIKE NETWORK (PRIVATE) LIMITED (The "Agent" / "Company")
1. APPOINTMENT OF AGENT
The Principal is the owner of specific "Digital Ad Inventory" (Ad Slots) within the Kmai App Ecosystem. The Principal hereby appoints the Company as its Exclusive Commercial Agent to manage, populate, and monetize this inventory.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Agent is authorized to sub-contract ad placements to third-party networks, including but not limited to Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network. The Agent shall use its best efforts to maximize the Effective Cost Per Mille (eCPM) rates for the Principal.
3. REVENUE SHARING (VARIABLE COMMISSION)
The Principal is entitled to the "Net Ad Revenue" generated specifically by their allocated inventory slots.
- Gross Revenue: Total income received from advertisers.
- Agent Performance Fee: The Company shall retain a variable commission (ranging from 15% to 55%) to cover server costs, R&D, and ecosystem maintenance.
- Surplus Cap: Any revenue exceeding the "Standard Benchmark Yield" (45% ROI) shall be retained by the Agent as a Performance Bonus.
4. RISK DISCLOSURE & NO GUARANTEE
The Principal acknowledges that Ad Revenue is volatile and depends on market traffic. The Agent does not guarantee any fixed daily income or interest. If third-party networks fail to fill ad requests, revenue may be zero. The Principal accepts this commercial risk.
