Digital Publisher License Agreement

BETWEEN: ILIKE NETWORK (PRIVATE) LIMITED (The "Company")

1. NATURE OF TRANSACTION

The Publisher acknowledges that the payment of [LICENSE AMOUNT] represents a non-refundable Purchase Price for a "Digital Inventory License." This transaction allows the Publisher to hold ad slots within the Kmai Ecosystem. This is not a financial deposit or a banking product.

2. INVENTORY ALLOCATION

The Company grants the Publisher the "Right to Use" specific digital real estate for a period of 45 Days (Auto-Renewable). During this period, the Inventory is locked and cannot be liquidated early.

3. NO GUARANTEED RETURNS

The value of this License is derived solely from external Ad Market Performance (eCPM). The Company explicitly does not guarantee any fixed profit, interest, or dividend. If market ad rates drop, revenue may decrease. The Publisher accepts this commercial risk.

4. BUY-BACK OPTION

Upon maturity of the contract, the Company reserves the "Call Option" to buy back this Inventory from the Publisher at fair market value. The Publisher holds no "Put Option" to force a withdrawal before maturity.
