Please read these terms carefully before using the Kmai platform.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Kmai mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These services are provided by ILIKE NETWORK (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan (SECP Reg No: 0148492). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2 User Eligibility & Anti-Fraud Policy
To ensure a fair environment for all investors and players, we enforce strict anti-fraud measures:
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Kmai.
- VPN/Proxy Usage: Strictly prohibited. Using tools to mask your IP address will result in an automated ban.
- Device Integrity: Use of Rooted (Android) or Jailbroken (iOS) devices is prohibited due to security risks.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts on a single device or network to manipulate the referral system is forbidden.
- Automation: Using bots, scripts, or auto-clickers for ad viewing or gameplay is a violation.
Warning: Violation of these rules will result in immediate permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of all wallet balances.
3 Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposits
We are an official Verified Merchant of Binance. Deposits are processed instantly via Binance Pay or manually verified for local bank transfers (JazzCash/EasyPaisa). You are responsible for providing accurate transaction IDs.
3.2 Withdrawals & Fees
- Instant Withdrawals: Available 24/7. Subject to a standard service fee (e.g., 20%) to cover instant liquidity costs.
- Scheduled Withdrawals: Processed on the 1st and 16th of every month. These are Free of charge (0% fee).
3.3 License Assets
Funds deposited to purchase Ad Licenses are locked in your "Asset Balance" for a specific period (e.g., 45 days) to generate daily returns. Early withdrawal of locked assets may incur a penalty or be restricted.
4 Limitation of Liability
Kmai strives for 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for losses incurred due to:
- Internet connectivity issues on your device.
- Third-party blockchain network failures (Binance/Tron network delays).
- User error, such as providing incorrect wallet addresses for withdrawals.
5 Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes (e.g., changes to withdrawal fees or lock periods) will be communicated via in-app notifications. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
